Taking the good with the bad
A couple of days ago, I received word that two of my pieces are under consideration to be published. One in a few months. The other next year.
This morning I received a rejection email from a flash fiction publisher. The editors did comment on my work which I am grateful for.
So, as a writer, you have to take the good with the bad.
What do you do?
Grab your pen and keep writing. That's all -- its so easy. Especially when I know you'll always be there to read my work when I'm done. Thank you for your support.

Leanne, I'm so happy your pieces are under consideration! That's such good news. And the one that was rejected was just returned will suit some other publisher's needs. It just wasn't right for this one.
